Temporary Position (Maternity Leave Replacement – 7 Months)

Location: Yokneam, Israel

Join our leading medical device company as an Import Coordinator, managing international shipments and ensuring smooth, compliant import processes from origin to destination.

Main Duties :
– Coordinate import shipments from origin to destination, ensuring adherence to timelines and regulatory requirements. Collaborate with R&D, Purchase and Engineering teams
– Verify shipping documents, including commercial invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, and certificates of origin.
– Ensure all documentation complies with customs and trade regulations (e.g., Incoterms, HS codes, country-specific requirements).
– Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and logistics partners to track and expedite shipments.
– Maintain accurate records of shipments, customs clearances, and related costs.
– Monitor shipment schedules and proactively address any delays, discrepancies, or damages.
– Work with procurement and production teams to align shipping schedules with operational needs.
– Issue Import permits through customs owned Systems.

What you’ll need:
– Experience in medical device import operations (mandatory)
– Strong English & communication skills
– Strong knowledge of customs procedures, trade documentation, and Incoterms.
– Experience with SAP and Excel
